ICANN requires that all accredited registrar companies maintain a dedicated contact email to receive reports of Illegal Activity by law enforcement, consumer protection, quasi-governmental or other similar authorities. Additionally, ICANN requires that each registrar company adopt a policy and procedures for handling such reports.

Additionally, this email address may be used to report allegen infringement or trademark (or other right).

Our policy is as follows:

Reports received concerning illegal activity will be added to a dedicated queue in our support system, which will respond with a time stamped ticket number. Within 24 hours of reciept, we will investigate the complaint. The first step will be to validate that we sponsor the subject name and the second step will be to validate that the report came from "law enforcement, consumer protection, quasi-governmental or other similar authorities designated from time to time by the national or territorial government of the jurisdiction in which [we are] established." If either of these is not true, we will close the ticket with no further action.

We will then determine if the report is a "well-founded report of Illegal Activity" and if it is not, we will close the ticket without further action. If it is a well founded report, we will take appropriate action, which may include suspending service to the name, placing the name "on hold" at the registry or any action deemed necessary by us.

Both the complaintant and the registered name holder of the subject name will be notified of any action which we take.
